	South Valley Planning Commission - Hearings and Agenda - To view the Agendas or the Hearing Notices, click on this link. Then on the left tab click on " meetings and hearings". Then in the drop down menu click on "South Valley". Then click on either "Agendas" or "Hearing Notices" as you desire.

	SB 18918 Cases For those of you interested in the SB 1818 Suit (Challenge to the CEQA Act), you can go to the following link and put in the lead case (there are 2 cases but they have been consolidated) CASE Number: BS114091 and it will show you the status and what happened. http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/civilCaseSummary/index.asp?CaseType=Civil NOTE: The State of California was dismissed from the suit.
